I wouldn't rule out it's Chinese made. Half the stuff on Etsy that's "handcrafted jewelry" is stuff comming from Ali Express. Go find a piece of jewlry on there and do a reverse image search and I gurantee you at least 50% of the stuff is from China despite someone going on about how its handmade.

Either way no legitimate business can't process credit cards or take paypal

This is accurate. Even traveling all over the world I see the same custom made, handcrafted items all actually made in China

BINGO.

I would not shop at a place online or in store that doesn't do refunds or exchanges or cash back.

If they don't do cash back (or credit back) they are struggling most likely, and can't afford to refund funds if there is an issue.

They are using the app or square card to avoid the requirement of having to do refunds.

That smells of disaster worse than a skunk.

What if the outfit is sized wrong for you, even if it's a size 8 and you think you are a size 8 in other clothes. What do you do with a top dollar item you cannot get a refund on?

I will only do business where if something is,wrong I can return it for something, even if it's not a refund.

Good luck if you decide to order from them.

This isn't true. I get why people like Paypal but to a busines Paypal is about the least professional merchant processor one can have. Every Ali Express dropshipper is using Paypal. Paypal doesn't allow all products to be sold, oftentimes high volume sellers ie people who sell a lot of stuff are not allowed to use Paypal or have 20% of their funds frozen for 90 days or even 6 months. Paypal is a nightmare for businesses to use.

As long as a company accepts credit cards you have the ability to do a credit card chargeback if things go bad, but it's very unfair to say anyone who doesn't take Paypal isn't someone people should do business with.
