I don't think the OP is literally saying he has no money worries, it's just a figure of speech I think, and it's great he's in this shape. Only thing I'd say is at his age, put 20% down, get a fixed rate mortgage, plan on paying that off in 15 years, put the rest of his cash in low cost stock index funds, work hard for 20 more years, then he'll literally have no money worries at that time.

And it doesn't take a doctor to diagnose and treat chronic disease....right? (inside joke on his prior posts) I suggest you consider getting a fee for service financial advisor to present options to you regarding buying a home and retirement and other investments.

I know, you risk your health, why not risk your money by relying 200% on google...but consider it.

Let’s change the topic to....how much money in cash/personal investments do you have saved up? Divide by two if you’re married and subtract your debt. GO!

Not into bragging and I am not going to get too specific on this forum, but suffice it to say I am less than twice your age OP and have about 6 times your assets saved. No debt, no dependents. House is free and clear and is worth about twice your current savings. I generally live under my monthly income.

I didn't say assets or post my assets. I posted cash/personal investments. Your claim is impossible at that age ($900,000 at 17 or younger) unless you are a trust fund baby or lottery winner, and why would you have a house at less than 17. You obviously made this up or arent' good with numbers. Show me the math.

Hey financial genius, try multiplying by 2 not dividing.
