Reduce credit line to your utilization level but offer a restored credit line if you pay x down

This is the meanest thing on the beginning but it statistically can save deep problems

Ultimately if you can’t live on cash and it’s not a 3-month setback you are not going to be ok (until your brain is fundamentally altered)

That said, there’s very little you can’t fix if you take that major step

Trashing my credit rating by guaranteeing 100% card utilization every month is NOT a nice thing. I'd immediately drop any bank that cut back my credit limit to that level.

It's up to the user to learn how to properly manage a revolving line of credit. It's not hard: don't charge what you cannot pay for, and always pay the cards off in full every month.

This would be an abnormal behavior from a credit card company so it feels as though it’s not a random act and possibly some details are missing

I want as high of a line of credit as possible (even though I never carry a balance month over month on any card). I open a new card every year/every other year, and if I ever close old cards I have the credit limit rolled into another card first. I want my credit utilization to be as low as possible to help keep my credit score up.

I will never be able to write like that. And that's a good thing. Sounds like the result of a random word generator.
