You are correct. With Chapter 7 at least, You do still need to list it. The debt is reaffirmed, as in a car or house. You agree to continue paying for the debt. Before you can reaffirm a debt you have to be current on the loan. In some instances you can speak to the lender about assisting you with this is you are not current now. The lender is not obligated to make an arrangement with you.
