With your personal and financial history I would think you would be more sympathetic.

Anyway, she could be eligible for a grant or other assistance that you have no knowledge of.

Or possibly koi-pond design.

Talk about bad decisions. Once you dig a hole, it's hell getting out.
Oh god, that made me just about throw up reading it.

I have a friend like that.

Evidently you are not familiar with hiring chiropractic specialists to work on show animals & race horses. If you were, you would not scoff.

I can't figure out how anyone, especially someone who had a half decent income/life, would even consider doing meth. I really would like to get inside their heads to understand what the heck they were thinking.

It's a very good business but it is not a two year degree. Veterinary chiropractic is a degree that is earned at a veterinary college. A degree to work on humans does not make it legal to work on animals, and the human chiropractic degree isn't a two year degree, either.

It would most certainly be a more valuable degree than a degree in stable management.

Koi pond design? There might be a few jobs, but koi pond builders tend to be small family businesses and they probably already have a koi pond designer and most likely hire illegals to do the actual digging. It seems to me that koi ponds have gone out of style.

But I don't really know. It should be easy enough to find out if there are good paying jobs designing koi ponds before investing two years in getting a degree in koi pond design. For all I know, zoos hire koi pond designers because they have a lot of ponds for various animals (but I suspect that their pond designers have engineering degrees)
