As you can see they are trying to bury me in paperwork. I also have copies of these same requests that they have sent to Arrow...

I'm getting a little worried now. My mediation date is set for next month.

Any help would be greatly appreciated it.

you cant be sued by a collection place cause the place that put you there cgot there money

What do you mean? The collection agency purchased my debt. I see it all the time and have others after me. I wish that were true but it doesn't seem to be.

i have them call me all the saying the same shi% and they dont do anything just ingroe them and they will go away whats the same on the collection place

I tried to ignore them then they sued me If I didn't respond they would have gotten a judgement against me and they could garnish my wages.

Just make arangements for a small monthly payment and pay the frigging bill off. They will work with you, ignoring the demand letters will not help you at all.

Well that is the first thing I asked them. They said they would not take less than 280/mo plus 800 in attorney fees which I don't have right now

I had to go to court to file an answer otherwise they would have gotten a default judgement on me. Now I have to go to court for mediation which I have be summoned by the court.
