Default Moved to New Mexico in Dec., but never worked there. Do I have to fill out NM state tax form?

I moved to New Mexico from another state this past December 1st. I did not buy a house or accept employment in New Mexico. (will do those things in 2009). Do I still have to fill out New Mexico state tax forms? Or just the state forms from the state where I used to live and work in 2008?
