HP customer service is outsourced to India and The Phillipines, Symantec (Norton) customer service is outsourced to India. But the customer service is excellent. I spoke to somone from The Phillipines, and his English was pefect. I didn't know he wasn't in the US until he asked me what the weather was like at that time.

Even more importantly, it's Capitalism exactly on the path that any astute economist would have predicted that it would follow. It's in inescapable consequence of the market correcting itself, absent the regulatory intervention of a dreaded government.
