I would say dogs is mine.
I like all animals maybe with the exception being snakes and crawley things. In my day, I have had dogs, cats, pigs, chickens, horses and would have to say that I loved them all. Amazingly, pigs are beyond smart. We were raising ours for "food" at that time and I was "warned" to not get attached to them..didn't work and I couldn't eat them once they were slaughtered. So much for our days raising animals.
Have a comical story about me and animals. When I was a kid, I use to catch these baby rabbits and keep them in a box. Don't know why my parents would let me do this?? Should have left them alone. Anyhow, one day while outside playing, I saw something flapping around in the grass. I picked it up and as usual went to my Mom and said, "Look Mom, a baby bird fell out of its nest"...she screamed...it was a BAT. Will never, not ever forget the look on her face and I am 64 years old!!
Guess my favorites are cats and dogs!

It was a tough choice between other (PIG!) and birds. I love my parrots. They complete me
