There are magazines where breeders advertise, I would imagine that would be a better resource for finding bird breeders than here on a Pets forum?
BirdTalk is just one of many bird magazines that has been around for many years and they have an extensive breeder classified listing - by state - in the back of the magazine. You can pick up the magazine at any Barnes & Noble, Borders, etc., even the supermarkets here have it.
