As for the 45min... he called me and said 45 minutes, he kept looking and couldnt find anything. I looked on Google ( which i know isnt the best thing) to see the size of a rabbit uterus and its not small.... it should have been obvious. (someone else said that same thing earlier on another one of my posts)

Im not going to go after him legally but i will open my mouth about him. " hes a good general vet but he killed my rabbit keeping her under for 45minutes"

I'm so sorry for your loss... poor bun.

I would, however, let him do the necropsy (if it's not too late). It's important to know WHY she died, especially if you're planning to tell people he killed the bunny... there is a chance it wasn't the vet's fault, and you should know that before destroying his reputation. One of my mother's cats died during a dental procedure, and the necropsy revealed she had an enlarged heart. So you never know what really happened without those tests.

The bunny died almost 2 weeks ago. I'm not unburying her for him to cut her open again.

HE killed her.
