I don’t know if you’ve ever used Chewy to have your pet food delivered, but we do. Twice now, we have been pleasantly surprised at the way they seem to value us a a customer.

Once, I returned a review on a dog food which my dogs did not like. It isn’t Chewys fault that my dogs didn’t like it, but out of the blue, they refunded the cost of the dog food.

Today, Chewy sent me a surprise gift for no reason. ...portraits of my actual dogs (I included pictures of my dogs in the thank you email I sent).

I stopped using Chewy after they were bought by Petsmart and they started taxing my dog food when I didn't have to pay taxes before. After that, there was no advantage to waiting on the deliveries and I just buy at my local feed store. I get buy 10 bags, get one free there.

I love Chewy. I have a client who ordered a bag of food and the day before or after the food arrived, her dog died. So, she called wanting to see about returning it and they told her not to worry about it and to donate it to a local rescue. She was pretty impressed. A few days later they sent her flowers. Now THAT is some customer service!

I don't buy anything for the dog from Chewy, but I buy certain cat items which I can't find in stores anymore.

I no sooner place the order, and it's shipped within a couple of hours. I think it's great.

I changed my dogs and cats to their brand of dry food, and all of them quit chewing on themself and scraching madly at spots there didn't look anything bad. That they don't use additives seems to be the answer. Looking over the contents of the food, it seems to have a very positive effect. My older dog, mostly shepard, has had a LOT more energy and isn't gnawing at invisible itches.

I like the delivery option to and they've been very good at pulling shipments if things changed. The food is a small bit more expensive, but its cheaper than visiting the vet when the dog is chewing on himself so much he's got sores. My big dog had that problem and it vanished a few days after shifting him to their dry.

When I lost my last cat, mostly from age and a body which wasn't working right, they sent flowers too. But until the last couple days, she did enjoy her life and that was a gift the food I and Chewie could give her.

I'm so glad to be able to find non itchy food for my little guys now, so they may stay feeling good.

I like it, they have done the same for me. Left a review that something just didn't work for me and my pet and they emailed me the next day that they were refunding it. I never expected that at all!

They asked for pictures of my pets and they sent me those as well. I use Chewy on the regular, its great for big bags of dog food, cat litter, and cans of cat food!

I am considering getting a kitten and a puppy, and Chewy.com sounds great! So thankful for this thread. I love the commercials, but personal reviews are even better!

Love Chewy for my rabbit and guinea pigs. They offer fast shipping, competitive prices, and plenty to choose from for my little babies. Never had an issue with them.

Wow it's amazing to hear about customer service like that. I have seen that before on FB but didn't know if it was true.

I have things in my cart at Chewy now
