There is nothing sexy or attractive about pet overpopulation. IMO, this ad sends a mixed message.
I heard JJ is pregnant. Why wasnt she spayed?
Our local paper just published a series about the local AC and the pet overpopulation problem here. The last article included photos of a dog being euthanized and was on the front page.
MANY people wrote to the paper outraged about the graphic pics. They didn't like having to see the REALITY of the situation.
I don't think they're selling sex, and if she's pregnant, that's got nothing to do with pet overpopulation. Unless the baby's father is a dog. Why should she have to be 'spayed'? That doesn't make sense. She can afford to feed a kid and raise it. I don't see the problem there or how it equates to pet over population.
If that's what it takes to get people to pay attention to the problem I say go for it.

It definitely catches attention and will lead people to read the text .

I agree. Again, I think only women have responded to this post. I think the poor guys are scared to death to share their thoughts (lol). I could care less if someone wants to show their body off...I am just interested if it gets the important point across.

Maybe the point doesn't come across through this one ad alone, but somehow it registers, and then another ad or event registers the thought again. Before you know it, the thought has registered a few times and now it's forming in the mind as fact and it's harder to ignore fact, you can't feign ignorance anymore and you have to make a conscious choice to work against fact if you so choose.
I think she's nasty too, I don't want to look at her, but if it grabs the attention of the guys, I'm okay with that .
It's nasty, low-life people who don't care for their pets properly. It's nasty, low-life people who would want to stare at her or watch porn. My husband said it's a good attempt at educating - or at the very least grabbing the attention of - the otherwise uninterested.
