Default Avondale info ..What do you guys think?
Does anyone know about Avondale? How are the schools? How long of a commute to Center City? Is it a nice area?

OUr realtor has sent us a few listings in this area...Thanks for any info guys!!

Also what about Lincoln University..??

Avondale and Lincoln University are all in my area of Southern Chester County.
It is all nice and quiet there. Dh commutes to center city 5 days a week.
Before you decide on any one area I would check them all out. What is your price range and must haves I would be glad to give you some advise.
