Kennett Square??
Anyone have an opinion on this area. My husband will be commuting to Philly so we know it's a bit of a hike (though he will likely travel 3-4 days a week anyway), but the prices seemed decent for new construction (we looked at Belrose at Longwood and Penn's Manor townhomes) and the area seems nice with decent schools. If you know anything about either property or builder (Woodstone Homes and Gemcraft Homes, respectively) please post. Any input on the area is helpful too. Not sure if we are crazy to be this far out, but it seems to have much of what we're looking for. Thanks!

budget travel recently ranked it was one of the top small towns in america, don't know if any of the developments are in town or just "in the area"
