Agreed. I'm not saying there are no bad areas in North Philly because there absolutely is... the Badlands of West Kensington and Fairhill, Strawberry Mansion, Tioga, Hunting Park... but to say ALL of North Philly is bad is just not true. There are a lot of great areas in North Philly and a lot of areas that get better with each year.

Believe me people don't know what poor is in America unless they go down south. Mississippi is awful and there are people living in shacks. Living in a three story house in North Philly is like living in Hollywood. Philadelphia has bad parts but they also have equal good parts.
