uhhh yeah this list is whacko. If you want to describe where people here live, it'd be more logical to list the options as:
Center City: includes Old City, Society Hill, Wash West
North Philly: includes Logan, Olney
Northeast Philly: includes Fishtown and the "River Wards"
Northwest: includes Manayunk, Germantown, Chestnut Hill
West Philly: includes University City, Cobbs Creek, Haddington
Southwest Philly: includes Kingsessing, Eastwick, Angora
South Philly: includes Pennsport, Bella Vista, Point Breeze

North would also include Port Richmond, Harrowgate, Juniata & Kensington.
Also Fishtown is considered North Philly, which has now split into Fishtown / Northern Liberties.
I'm in South Philly, Considered Whitmann area .... Peace
