What is going on at that construction site on Walnut & 15th St? They took off a big chunk of the street and now I have to cross with the traffic. Is there a new building being built and does anyone know company it is?

It will make a great addition to that area, both in height and architecture.

It's a beautiful building ... I wonder if the downtown types who clamor for independent mom and pop business are going to continue to cry?

I guess I'm in the minority here. I don't like the glass ugliness at all. I wish they had been able to change around and renovate the buildings for the Cheesecake Factory rather than demolishing them.

The current buildings are nothing special and I don't mourn their loss. I'm not a fan of the proposed glass box. It clashes too much with the surroundings.
