Now the ground in the park is littered with small baggies, there are drugs, alchohol, black thugs, white working class thugs covered in tatoos and addicted to meth. Would not recommend!
Haha that's a pretty extreme description of Pennypack. Im in the park almost daily and most of it is actually still quite nice. I do think Wissinoming and Tacony are getting trashed though:

Haha, why do the white thugs get to be "working class" but not the black thugs?

Because drug dealing and other illegal income in generally is not considered "working class". Just look at the statistics for young black men in Philly, 50%+ official unemployment. Yet the guys that have 70-80 IQ written all over their faces sport new kicks and iPhones.

The white lower classes can at least get into some low skill construction jobs and other jobs from local white businesses. They can change brakes and oil at some ****ty repair shop. Try hiring a guy with pants around his ankles to change brakes and oil. He'll trip and spill all the oil.

ive lived in all parts of philly except for center city. i believe philly is just as bad as all around philly. crime everywhere you turn. but once you get to know philly you'll see its a a beautiful place mostly everyone is nice and respectful. i completely love it. even though there are shootings and killings and drug busts almost everyday its a nice city.
