Hi everyone, need some advise here.

My wife and I are determined to move to Media this summer. One big worry is that most houses/apartments in houses are going to be out of our price range. We set ourselves a max rent of 1400/month. There is now a house that came up for $1450 - single family 2bd/2bath, very nice looking. It is about 1 mile NE of Media boro (right around State Rd. and Hwy 252).

Does this seem like a great price? Or is it about the norm for the area? Just trying to gauge how aggressive we should be if we like the house after we see it.

Thanks all!

I would guess it's priced about right, not really sure. I know that Media is going to be expensive. Between Swarthmore and Media downtown, I don't know which should be pricier, but they are both up there.
