Because white people usually get robbed, harassed, or take a beating if they live in non-white neighborhoods?

Unfortunately, that possibility can exist when someone visits a neighborhood where they are the distinct minority, no matter what the color scheme.

Bridesburg as mentioned is mostly white/polish. I reccomend this area as you can hang with the old ladies and listen to Eddie Balzonszyk and see if they can hook you up with their Polish daughters. Then you can have a Polish wedding at Our Lady of Cheshyahova.

I lived in Philly for only a short period of time, so I am probably not as well informed as other members in this group. However, Fairmont (near the Art Museum) is predominantly white, so is Manayunk. Northeast, especially around Port Richmond as well.

Look, we are having enough trouble in Philly right now just working to clean up the city as a whole, black, white, whatever... why don't you stay where you are instead of bringing your prejudice self here since you obviously have no desire to better the city, just move to a "white heaven".

We don't need the kind of person who would even post such a question. Ever hear of "internal monologue"?

Wow, I don't know what I'm more surprise at, the original poster's question, their member name or the fact that people would seriously engage in answering this question. Furthermore, if the issue is regarding crime then wouldn't the question be what area of philly has the least amount of crime.
