Hello, I am not really comfortable driving on highways and I don't do it off it, as I suffer from anxiety. I do have an event I have to attend in which I must take I-95. I will be coming from NJ and crossing the tacony-Pal bridge getting onto 95 north to head to yarldy/washington crossing. Could someone please tell me what to expect on a Sat drive? Is there a lot of traffic? ETC?

The traffic is the thing that gets me nervous.
Thanks kindly,
L

That route is not bad at all on a Saturday. You'll be fine.

Traffic shouldn't be much of a problem on a Saturday. However, the stretch of 95 between Cottman Ave and Academy can be hectic with some crazy drivers weaving in and out. If that sort of thing bothers you, you can always stay on State Road once you cross the Tacony Bridge instead of getting onto 95 immediately. You can take State Road all the way to Street Road and then get onto 95 North from there. The portion of 95 that is north of Street Road is a much more calmer/less traffic drive.
