Just a hunch, if Amazon is going to locate their whole advertising/ marketing team in NYC, I figured they would want to spread their influence elsewhere, and I feel like they would have announced the HQ2 move as well, but who knows.

I still don't see New York happening or any city in the Northeast, tbh.

Fabulous looking project (if these actually get built). They remind me of the American Copper Towers on the East River in NYC

This is interesting. Glad someone is writing about some of the smaller projects.

Think the multiplex theatre opening at the revamped Gallery may be old news to most of you, but this is the first time I’ve seen something in print.

I literally wished for this last Christmas. The one in Chicago (River North) is so cool. I know there's one in Jersey too, but I had never seen an urban AMC/reserve-your-seat/recliner theater in the city before. Can't wait for it here.

I'm thrilled about it. We more than deserve this.

Some updates from the civic design review on the Arch St towers. I actually think all of the points mentioned in the article are great critiques, and thank goodness no one mentioned height as a concern!

I'm personally disappointed that there isn't a mandate for 4 parking spots for each unit and wider traffic lanes paved right over the river trail.
