Update: CHOP Will Make Schuylkill Avenue the Place to Be | NakedPhilly

Great news KidPhilly... seems CHOP will be building three 30-40 story office towers with three monstrous parking garages across the river in South Philly behind Toll Brothers Naval Square. This will apparently be only the first developments since it is likely that PENN and other large institutions will follow. This will likely create another business district in Philly and will likely create demand for more office space and residential in this area. Hopefully we will see a few towers rise in this area in the next 20 or so years. This area has a ton of large lots from old industrial space which leaves tons of room for highrises

Here's to hoping
