Question real estate companies

Can tell me what the major real estate companies are in the Philly area? My husband is a software engineer and I hear most of these jobs are in the King of Prussia area so we would be looking at the west suburbs. Is this true? If not, where are the majority of the high tech jobs? We will be visiting in October and would like to meet with a realtor to see what we can get for our $. Can anyone recommend a realtor?

Thanks for the help?

West Chester to Plymouth Meeting is a big hub for job growth in this area. King of Prussia is right in the middle of those two towns. SAP is one of the largest software firms in the world and they have their US HQ's in Newtown Square Pa.(Delaware County-15 minutes from KOP)

The area is known more for pharmacueticals than software. This certainly isn't the Bay area in regards to software presence but the Philadlephia area has a diverse economic mix which makes it an incredibly stable place to put down roots.

The best school districts in the area surround King of Prussia.Radnor-Lower Merion-Tredyffrin/Eastown-Great Valley- KOP itself is more known for its immense shopping mall(largest "shopping" mall in the US.) than anything else.

Nationally known Prudential-Fox is a big real estate company in the western suburbs.

There are also a few real estate agents that visit this site from time to time.

Good luck.
