Default Condo or Apt?
Hello I am moving to the philly area in October I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions as to which is better in the philly area. A condo or an apartment? I want an apartment, but I feel like I am gonna waste 1000 + a month whereas I could get a condo and have my 1000+ go as an investment. What do you all think?

I think you should rent for a year. Look around and see where you want to live and then (if you decide to stay in the city for at least five years) buy a condo.
