Phoenix? I would say it would be closer to L.A. than Phoenix. But it really is a different feeling on the West Coast so there is nowhere that feels quite like Philly (pretty much anywhere west of St.Louis/New Orleans)

Just to let you know Philly is nothing like Phoenix. We just came back from Phoenix and we are from Philly. Nothing a like. Phoenix- Clean, newer, not diverse at all-5% Black. Philly-Diverse, dirty, more pollution, more crime, but does have more history.
