Question Apartment Recommendations in Delco?

I am planning to move to Delaware County at the end of September and I can't figure out what area to move to. I'm looking for a one-bedroom apartment with a rent of $800 or less - preferably less

I currently work at The Wharf in Chester but definetly don't want to live there. I don't care for Upper Darby, Darby or Sharon Hill areas either. I would like to live in one of the quiet suburban towns within 15 minutes of Chester. I've been looking online at Folcroft, Glenolden, Media, Wallingford, Lansdowne and areas around there.

I'm also trying to decide if it's better to rent in the managed building or from a private renter.

Please send me any suggestions or recommendations that you have in regards to where to move, your recent experience at a particular building or complex, etc.

Thanks in advance for your help.
