On Thanksgiving you may well find parking right on the street and it will be free. There is a parade west of Broad St from 8AM until about 12 so stay east of Broad and away from the Parkway area. Thanksgiving is one of those holidays when Center City becomes a ghost town after the parade. Most garages will charge a flat rate. Hotels always charge the most.
