Default Philadelphia - Most sought after cities list

According to Realtor.com, Philadelphia is #4 on the most searched cities for homebuyers. With a median sale price of $234,900, it is a great place to find a home. This should help those who have questions about moving to our great city.

Maybe it's my imagination but it seems like everyone is coming here to work for Comcast.

Considering it's the 5th or 6th most populous city in the US, I would have expected it to be 5 or 6 on such a list.

I see just as many Va,MD, Ct,NY,NJ tags as I do Pa tags while I am commuting.

Yesterday I was in King of Prussia and was behind 4 cars all with different license plates. Ohio,Indiana,Mass,NY.

As the economy continues to sputter many people appear to be finding the Philadelphia area an attractive, affordable place to want to move to.

I have personally contributed to those search stats, especially when Chester County communities are counted.
