Has anyone heard about the new green townhomes they are constructing on 16th street in South Philly?

Seems like a pretty good deal for new construction with parking - $250k for 2 bedrooms or $325k for 3 bedrooms but will they actually sell in this economy? I think it is great to see this type of new construction in the city and I'm hoping it will catch on. What do you all think?

I think it's an amazing thing and the renders look great. I absolutely think they will sell. They wouldn't be building if there wasn't a demand
