Default Work in King of Prussia--Where to Live???

If you work in King of Prussia, where can you live that is not a far commute and has:

Excellent schools (not just good)
Safe neighborhood with suburban feel (not rural at all)
Good shopping (wegmans, whole foods, mall etc. within 20 minutes)

For a single family house price of $425,000

Thanks!

Leanne

Don't forget Broomall and Newtown Square. Marple school district is terrific and the area is VERY family oriented.

Good luck!

Radnor is good area. If I were you Id drive down Lancaster Ave (RT 30) (Exit 13 off of blue route) Route 30 goes from KOP down to St Joes pretty much. Nice neighborhoods towards KOP,paoli, devon, etc.

-Media is a nice neighborhood too. About 20minutes from KOP.
-I live in boothwyn about 30 minute drive to RT 30 to bryn mawr in the AM.

Lower Merion is a safe/nice place

Gladwyn if you have lots of money and want a butler :-) Everyone is Gladwyn drives a benz or a lexus And the occasionally BMW

Chesterbrook is also very nice in the TE school district and they have very low taxes. However, it is mostly townhomes.
