Default West Chester?

Anyone who will comment:

Will you tell me about West Chester? Anything you'd like to comment, i.e......what you like about it, don't like? Schools, etc. I hear the property taxes are pretty low. How about the nearby town of Coatesville? I've done some researching on these areas, but not getting too much info as of yet....need to hear from people who know the areas well. Thanks for any and all information.

I live in the West Goshen part of West Chester. We were just ranked in Money Magazine as the 12th best place to live. I LOVE the area. I live in a neighborhood that is about 15 years old, but it is next to older neighborhoods. Ther is lots of space for me to walk to stay in shape right in my neighborhood and lots of parks when I want to go somewhere else. Also, downtown is only 5 minutes from me and it is so great to have a happening place to go to without having to all the way to Philadelphia. The property taxes are low IMO...i think most people pay about $2k for every $200k their house is.
The iincome tax I believe is 1%, which is a lot cheaper than the 4% I believe Coatesville pays and the schoold are great.
