Default PA or NJ for Autism services?

Which state has better services for a 4 yr old child with autism? I recently moved from the NE to GA and quickly realized I made a huge mistake. I want to move back up north, but undecided between PA and NJ. I hear the services are really good in the NJ public schools, but I know PA has medical assistance that covers all doctor appointments and therapies (including copays). If I go to PA, it'll be Bucks Co, and not sure where in NJ yet. Just looking for some advice, opinions, 2 cents, etc. I don't want to make another mistake.

I too live in PA and I can tell you the services are great. We just started using them as my 6 yearold was recently diagnosed, but after going through much pain and preparation to move to Florida, we were advised to stay put in PA. It breaks our hearts - we love Florida for ourselves, but have to do what is right for our child. I hear people move south then move back because ff the services, and I also hear that NJ is ridiculously superior to all other states. PA is a very close second, much prettier, and less expensive. That is my 2 cents - not meant to offend anyone. Please share any recommendations on FL vs. PA so we know we made the right choice.
