Coming South on 95/295 from Philadelphia/South Jersey, it's definitely a reverse commute most of the way.

One more chiming in for somewhere near 295 in Burlington or Camden County. The highways in PA just don't line up to split that commute fairly.

IMO, the Turnpike is probably better for a southbound commute. Look around exit 4 or exit 3. The 295/42/76 interchange is notoriously awful and traffic on 295 often backs up to exit 36.
