Looking for Apartment that is 1,000 sq feet in a nice quiet area not too from center city Philadelphia? Please compile a list of 1,000 sq feet apartments that are no more than $970 in price range. Please list as many as possible. But it must be 1 bedroom with a den and 1.5 or 2 baths.

I disagree.
It seems to me the OP is asking for a lot. Is his time so much more valuable then ours? He could do this search himself but it requires some time and effort, for anyone who does it.
