Ah, but Las Vegas doesn't have the food or craft beer options at 2 a.m. that Philadelphia does (which seems to be the reason for the pick). Also, I'm guessing Esquire considers late night to be about midnight to 2 a.m.

I haven't been outside after midnight in about 11 years so maybe I should sample some of these places before the summer ends.

It's funny, you always complain that Philly is dangerous and Philly isn't the best but it's clear that you have not explored Philly much at all.

Keep in mind, this is the same poster that has claimed before that Old City and Society Hill are dangerous areas

NOLA definitely, though in a different way and not on such a big-city scale. Las Vegas on the strip sure but the majority of Vegas is typical sprawl and strip-mall type of things.

That magazine must be trying to gain points with Philly...Philly pretty much rolls up it's sidewalks after 5pm weekdays except for bars; I think NYC still holds it's title as the city that never sleeps;

If the city rolled up its sidewalks after 5 then nobody would be able to eat dinner at the many restaurants the city has become famous for.
