For those who have been bemoaning having to trek out to King of Prussia (or out of the area in general) for these types of stores, this would be a boon if half of them came to Center City...or if a quarter of them were located in the Gallery, as your other link would suggest.

Based on my understanding this is everywhere in Center City including the Rittenhouse area, East Market, West Market and even South Broad
