I would hope for the Atlantic Building... The space is less square footage, but I think it is a very prominent location on the Avenue of the Arts and closer to Rittenhouse Square.

I still do not envision a Bloomingdales in "East Market" I just do not think that part of CC is upscale enough, but who knows..

I wish the space where Robinson Luggage used to be was a lot bigger and took up multiple floors, that would be a great location.

Anything to fill out that Cosi space.
If I want to predict from what you said, most likely it will be Kate Spade though if anything. It is the same price-level as Michael Kors. And there is one in Suburban Square already.

Gucci will look awkward by itself. Although if Gucci indeed comes, it will be a sign that soon Moschino, Kris Van Assche, Yohji Yamamoto and Prada to follow suit.
And we will laugh at Burberry's ass for leaving its Walnut location.
FTR, if Gucci takes space on Rittenhouse Row, it will mark the company's return to the street.

Gucci was one of the original tenants in the Shops at the Bellevue. Williams-Sonoma now occupies its former space.

OK per what Hugh E Dillon said:

PhillyChitChat.com

So it looks like Bed, Bath and Beyond nearly seals deal with that new developed complex on Chestnut!
No more taking regional to Wynnwood! YES!

Definitely interesting complete with the unfortunate and boring/cliche-ridden Negadelphian comments.

This is great! And they are keeping the Roxy!!!

This will help them launch a more recognized film festival nationally. Something to rival the TriBeca festival maybe. Once the W Hotel opens across the street it will be a win, win.

And, oh the other thing. I would love it if they turned it into repertory film theater part of the time something like the Film Forum in NYC.

Correct!
Don't forget the micro apartment across the street!

I never thought about it will rival Tribeca. But I would like to see that happen!
