In south Jersey some VERY nice single homes with ground. Now is the time to purchase a home..

It depends. Overall, the 'burbs are more diverse than they were twenty, even ten years ago. If you're concerned that people might look at you as if you have two heads, that shouldn't be much of an issue. If you're looking for an area with a reasonable amount of residents with cultural experiences similar to yours, then some places may be better than others.

i havent been there yet so cant judge properly, but from what i read on here and from what people i kno told me that south jers is way more laid back and almost too rural, and that the pa burbs are more live, true? if thats the case, id prolly look into pa, but doesnt really matter now
can you get a newer condo or townhome for that price?
