And next year they will be praising Philly's amazing murder decline. Meanwhile nothing has changed in the neighborhoods where these murders are happening. The same goes for cities across America.

Meanwhile in the non ghetto areas which is about 75% of Philadelphia life is pretty good.

As bad as the violence is in Philaldephia last year it ranks as the 32nd most dangerous city in the USA. Inner Cities of the US are violent places, pretty sure everyone is aware of that.
