Philadelphia Assistant DA with prior conviction (charge, job, black)

I remember reading something about this a few years ago. I remember he was black, and managed to get a job as an ADA in Philadelphia with a past murder(?) conviction. Does any one have any info about this, like an article? I have searched, but no luck.

It's the same guy I referenced in the link I posted, and no, he is not a convict, especially not from a murder charge. You did get it right that he is black, though, and that he is an ADA.
