I will have to go back and take another look. I was last back and forth through Point Breeze about 9 months ago and didn't notice any dramatic improvement. The Grad Ho area north of Washington and the area around Navel square are continuing to clean up but they are not quite Pt Breeze anyway. Many of us who read Inga's column do so with a grain of salt but I will reserve judgement until I look myself.
