I've talked to a couple builders and I'm getting numbers that are all over the place. I know cost/square foot isn't the greatest thing to go off of, but im just looking for an approximation.

Looking to build 8,000-9,000 sqft home, stone and stucco exterior, hardwood floors, high end appliances, finished basement etc... THIS IS JUST FOR THE HOME, NOT FOR LAND. Looking at lower gwynedd, and the mainline in montco, and upper makefield, new hope, etc... in bucks.

Builders have given me estimates between $210-375 per sqft. Anyone have any knowledge/experience with this?

Thanks!

It depends, I've seen a few between 7000-11000 sqft, that are going for between 2.5-3.6 million, fully furnished.

Not really into toll brothers houses though.
