He probably is related to Donald Sterling, people and their over generalizations kill me. Just another passive way for a white man to try and make himself feel superior to african americans.

If they aren't in Philly they are right across the river in Camden nj.

A few problems here with this one:

1) Farmers across America get huge subsidies.
2) Plenty of rural people also get food stamps, etc.
3) Meth is all over the rural areas.

I'm not saying I think this is right. I just think you have myopic vision (or "hyperopiac vision") to only see this in the places you aren't living.
