From what I understand, that attack was caught on tape, so it probably wouldn't have made a difference. Killers often act irrationally, and therefore, I wouldn't necessarily discount it, but I don't find it particularly compelling based on what's been presented so far.

Someone mentioned the burnt body in Bridesburg as being possibly related, but there's no evidence or public information to suggest a link. Other than the temporal relationship, one of the family's businesses is on Castor Ave., about 10 minutes away via car. I'm not convinced of that link either, but it does make one curious.

The Temple University connection was just a coincidence. Suburban Philly the degrees of separation aren't a lot. Somebody always knows a cousin of a cousin. The cops said it wasn't connected.

I'm more curious about that young man (last name Ceasar) that went missing from Croydon back in June. I'm hoping he gets found, but I'm also kind of wondering if he was the first victim. Age group is right, and he was apparently seen in DiNardo's neighborhood.

Doubtful this was random.

I'd bet the shooter was thrown out of the party for acting up ... This seems to happen way too often in some neighborhoods.

More mayhem in the NE ... Thirty years ago shootings were extremely rare in that section of the city.
