So I got called for jury duty again and I went last year. I thought they're supposed call you like every 3 years. Is this normal? Do they call you every year?

Anyone have any advice for not getting picked. Isn't it how you answer those questions that they give you to fill out?

I work in sales. Time is literally money. Since jury duty pays $9 per day, you can be damn sure I'm going to find a way out of it.

I need to work so I can pay my impending $2,000 AVI property tax increase.

Yeah, on a criminal case, you say you're more (or less) likely to believe testimony from law enforcement.
On a civil case, you say you don't believe in cash awards for pain & suffering.

I mean...only if it's true, of course!
