Is it just me or are there a lot more trees around the city these days? It could be that the beautiful brand new spring bloom is catching my attention, but the city just seems so much greener than it used to be years ago. It's quite lovely!!!

They have programs to plant trees and the city also gives free trees away to whoever wants them so they can plant them. A hobby of mine is comparing the city as it is now to how it would have been 4 years ago on google maps. I am happy, having moved here in January, that I was able to have a great first impression of Philadelphia. 4 years ago, the city just wasn't as nice as it is today!

I see it too! It's def more then what it used to be, Philly is not only urban, but very green too.
