Just want to see if I can end my cable era with Comcast in June and finally have another cable provider. So wanted to know if FIOS is available to anyone living in UPENN Area.

Thanks

I used to have Comcast then no cable and now I have FIOS and like it fine but it all pretty much seems the same to me, except Comcast On Demand seems easier to navigate and more options.

I'd recommend switching back and forth to take advantage of the deals. Comcast used to be good for some free HBO/Showtime if you threaten to switch.

Germantown, I'm pretty sure FIOS should be available throughout the city soon enough.

Comcast is probably doing everything in their power to prolong the monopoly, especially in CC and UC as there are more units and subscribers.
