Yeah, like others have said, Germantown is a big area of the city. The two sections of it that made the list make up a pretty decent portion (actually seems to be about half) of what gets called West Germantown - which includes the Tulpehocken Station Historic District and Penn Knox, two areas with pretty notable architecture. Germantown, as a whole, is a mixed bag - much like the city of Philadelphia taken as a whole.

YEah the map is a great tool, and really shows just how cheap the Northeast is even though there are some great places to live there.
